Darband Reshi Rudbar cave was in 2004 by the archaeologist “Wali Jahani” and was in the list of national monuments of Iran in the same year. In this cave, fossil remains of animals, including cave bears, and a number of stone tools, such as cleavers, retouched chips, mother stone, and cutting scraps, dating back to the Paleolithic period, have been discovered.
